Returns & Exchanges
Need to make a return or exchange? Visit our online return portal to request a return authorization within 30 days of your order date.
We accept returns of select products in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached. Hardware, self care, apothecary, pantry, hardware (including bronze, and wall hooks) and other select items are nonrefundable and not eligible for return or exchange.

Select sale or promotional items may be marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Purchases made during online sample sale or warehouse sales cannot be returned for refunds or store credit. We do not accept returns on international orders shipped to an address outside the U.S. Original shipping fees and return labels are not refundable.
Once you receive a return authorization, include the original order invoice with your return, and please allow 7-14 business days from the time you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed.
