Add peace of mind! Package Protection ensures that if your package is lost in the mail or damaged that it will be replaced at no charge to you.
Here is how it works if you have not received your package, but it is marked as "delivered" or "lost":
- With Package Protection: Please wait three days (there is oftentimes a delay) and then contact us with your order number and the details of your package status. Your order will be replaced at no cost to you.
- Without Package Protection: Please wait three days (there is oftentimes a delay) and then please contact the carrier directly to see what action they will take.

We accept returns of select products in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached within 30 days of your order date. Learn More
